The Cisco UCS NIC M51KR-B Broadcom BCM57711 Network Adapter is a dual-port 10-Gbps KR Ethernet network adapter mezzanine card with an x8 PCI Express (PCIe) host interface. The KR interface and PCIe host interface interconnect on a single mezzanine connector. Designed specifically for the Cisco UCS blades, the adapter combines offload technology with standard Ethernet functions. Together, these features provide the performance and bandwidth critical to I/O-intensive applications such as virtualization and high-performance computing (HPC).
