Supporting 40Gbps interconnection to the Cisco Catalyst 6500 Supervisor Engine 720's integrated 720Gbps switch fabric, this module uses accelerated Cisco Express Forwarding (dCEF) delivering peak system throughput of up to 400Mpps.
